I think one of the best aspects of this area is the beauty and access to recreation all 4 seasons of the year. Folks come for the outdoor recreation and stay for the phenomenal eateries. I highly recommend starting your day with a Dirty Hippy (chai/espresso latte) at the Looney Bean overlooking Mirror Pond in downtown Bend; don't forget the espresso whip cream! Brunch at Lemon Tree, also in downtown Bend is unrivaled but arrive early and enjoy a mimosa while you wait because the secret is out about this gem. On a sunny day you can't go wrong at any of the food cart lots in Bend or Redmond, some of the best chefs in town have created mobile-versions of their award-winning fare. No trip to Central Oregon is complete without a dinner at Bos Taurus in Bend or Diego's Spirited Kitchen in Redmond. We always stay in a Vrbo when we go on vacation and I have never been inclined to write a review until now! It’s too bad you can only give a 5 star rating because this place deserves a perfect 10! The property management team is always prompt to reply and is the most on-the-ball property manager I have ever dealt with. They, too, deserve a perfect 10 rating... This was the best family reunion we have had to date and part of the reason is because this property was a dream to stay in for my entire family! Kudos to the owners and Vacation Rental Collective property management team. We will be back!!!
